First visit

Your first visit, no surprises

If you have never had a massage or a sobada, this is what will happen, from booking to the last stroke.

There is nothing to prepare. You are always covered by a sheet, you decide the pressure and you can stop whenever you like. If you have a question before you come, message us on WhatsApp; we answer in Spanish.

Your first visit, in four steps

  1. 01

    Step 1: Book your visit

Pick a length and a time on the booking page, or message us on WhatsApp. Health questions are answered on the booking page; only you and your therapist see them.

  2. 02

    Step 2: What to bring

Nothing special: comfortable clothes. If you are allergic to an oil, a lotion or a scent, tell us when you book.

  3. 03

    Step 3: When you arrive

Arrive a few minutes early. We are on South 1st Street and there is parking in front of the studio.

  4. 04

    Step 4: What to expect

Your therapist asks how much pressure you like and which area to avoid. You settle on the table, covered by the sheet, and at the end you have a few minutes to rest.

Good to know

What to wear, the sheet, and when to ask first

  • What to wear

Comfortable clothes. Take off only what you like; we work around whatever you keep on.

  • What is covered

A sheet covers you the whole time. Only the area we are working on is uncovered.

  • When to ask first

If you are pregnant, unwell or have a health problem, ask your doctor or midwife before booking.

Choose a time for your first visit.

Tuesday to Friday until 8 p.m., and Saturdays.
