Our policies
Read these before you book. Every one starts from the same promise: you are covered, you choose, and you can stop whenever you like.
Undressing and draping
A sheet covers you the whole session. Only the part we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on. Take off only the clothes you are comfortable without; we work around whatever you keep on.
Pressure, consent and stopping
Before we start we ask how much pressure you like and whether there is an area you want us to avoid. Tell us at any time if you want it lighter or firmer. You can pause, change position or end the session whenever you like, for any reason, and we stop right away.
Booking and deposits
Choose a length, a day and a time on the booking page, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you. We take no deposit.
Canceling and running late
Please give us 24 hours to change or cancel, so someone else can take the slot. If you arrive late, we shorten the session so it ends in time for the next appointment. If you are not feeling well, tell us and we will move it without any trouble.
If you miss an appointment
If you do not come and have not let us know, the slot goes unused. We ask you to write to us before booking again; we would rather hear from you and find another day.
Children and companions
Massage is for adults. A child may wait in the front room with another adult from your family, but cannot be in the room during a session. In a session for two, each person has their own table and sheet.
Before your visit
Arrive a few minutes early and wear comfortable clothes. We use an unscented oil or lotion unless you ask for a scent, and we can tell you every ingredient. Tell us when you book if you are allergic to an oil, a lotion or a scent.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, unwell or have a health problem, ask your doctor or midwife before booking, and tell your therapist. We do not diagnose.
If you're not happy
If a session was not what you expected, tell us within a few days and we will make it right together.
Tipping
Tipping is optional and always appreciated. You can add it when you pay or hand it to your therapist.
